Sales Manger
Your tasks
- Support of selective national and European customers
- Strategic acquisition of projects with existing and new customers in pharmaceutical plant construction
- Initial technical consulting of customers as well as advice on technical solutions based on individual customer inquiries in close coordination with the internal technical staff and engineers
- Preparation of quotations in close coordination with the respective technical departments
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as order processing, internal sales, design and manufacturing as well as participation in various project teams for the further development of the strategic and operative sales and development strategy
- Market research as well as development and implementation of selected market strategies as well as elaboration of market-driven solutions of complex systems
- Analysis of customer complaint, re-work and defect statistics
- Contract and price negotiations with customers
- Direct responsibility for sales and results
- Global business trips as well as participation in national and international trade fairs
Your profile
- At least 3 years professional experience in B2B sales, ideally with knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- Completed studies or training in the technical field (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanics or electronics)
- Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
(further foreign language skills would be an advantage) - Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with international customers
- Customer-oriented approach, flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe
- Very good coordination and organizational skills
- Salesman or canvasser nature with corresponding customer, success and result orientation
- Independent working style, assertiveness and reliability
- Good MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) are a matter of course for you
- Possession of a driver's license class 3/ B
